Mommy wants: LG Twin Wash System

With LG’s TwinWash system you get the best of both worlds. For small loads that can’t wait (The sweatpants after hot yoga, the red shirt in a pile of whites, the dirty school uniform on a Sunday night) there is the LG SideKick pedestal washer. You can even use it simultaneously while you do a bigger load up top on your LG Front load washer. Not only do these washers have mega capacity to tackle any size load, they are energy efficient while giving you the best cleaning performance. No wonder more households have chosen LG laundry over any other brand!

Let’s be honest… babies create a LOT of laundry. But all the laundry doesn’t take up a whole lot of space for like the first year; so you’re stuck doing a bunch of small loads in between your big loads for the adults and it’s a never ending battle.  You know what would be Awesome? A tiny baby sized washing machine that could handle the bibs and the burp clothes and the sleep sacks when I just need those!

Mommy Must Haves – manual breast pumps

So I have now been guilty of forgetting my pump bag at home when I’ve gone to work… Twice! And going more than 5 hours with a 3 month old, is pretty much boob suicide, let’s be honest. The pain is real. Very real. Also what do you do on car trips, or outings when sitting in the car isn’t very feasible? Manual pumps are a must have if you’re breast feeding.

Baby Box Co’s free box with freebies!

The Baby Box Co has recently launched in the United States and is a company looking to focus on safe sleep habits for newborns. Finland has had a baby box since the 1930’s in which every single newborn is given a box to sleep in for its first few months along with necessities such as diapers and clothes. This has led to a major decline in infant mortality rates since its inception. I was thrilled to learn that this has now made its way here!

Pregnancy life: Things noone tells you about your First Trimester

For the most part, us new moms know kind of what to expect from all the (horror) stories from our mom friends, mother’s, sister’s, everyone who’s ever given birth… But there are a few things that women just don’t pass on! And these SHOULD be the things we know about!

So did i miss anything else? Because let’s be honest, pregnancy brain is VERY real.

Pregnancy life: Announcing our pregnancy to our parents!

So I realize this is looooonnnnggggg…… Overdue. And so has a blog post been! But for those that don’t know, I’ve been a little erm…. Distracted the past few months.

Never fear we’re going to try to ramp this up again! Only with more cute little family and baby posts lol. Enjoy!

Adeco photo frames

Seriously just wow! I was blown away when this came in. It’s seriously sturdy, nice, thick heavy wood with an even matte black finish. The white lettering really pops from the frame, and is slightly raised, but that’s hard to see unless you touch it. And the quote is perfect for a collage of pics with my friends. I love that it comes with 2 4×4 options too. It’s great for Instagram photos or just to crop out unnecessary parts. The center spot is a split 5×7 or you can put 2 4×6’s cutting off the top or bottom edge of the photo. Great for landscapes.

The glass is heavy duty as well, and is one single piece that fits in the entire frame as opposed to individual squares. Makes swapping out photos super easy. There are also 2 ways to hang it. Either with the saw teeth hooks or the nail screw hooks built into the frame on the sides. It’s just under an inch thick and slightly heavy so I know its going to hold up. It really is a beautiful frame and goes with any decor.

Craft tray

I know that this trays intended use is for jewelry but I’m always looking for different storage items in my craft room. This fit the bill perfectly for my odds and ends.

First off, I love that the material is a sackcloth type so that things don’t slide around too much. And with 24 compartments I have room for everything. I keep safety pins, paper clips, buttons, felt letters, pens, markers, thumbtacks and all other types of little things in mine.

This has been the talk of every gathering I’ve had this summer! It such a fun and unique piece that I can put pretty much anywhere.

I love that this comes with a remote to change settings if I’m sitting across the yard from it. It has 7 colors to choose from (including just the basic white). It can flash between colors, pulse to the beat of music (or even loud conversation), and my personal favorite; slowly go through a rainbow of colors. The slow color change is so pretty. It gives way more than the basic colors as they all blend together. You can even “pause” it in a certain color if you’re trying to match a theme.

The remote battery didn’t last long with mine. And we could only get the slow change to work by clicking the button on the bottom of the rock as opposed to the remote. The price point is a bit higher, but this thing has withstood quite a few torrential downpours and even a tumble from a chair and still works beautifully! I did purchase with a discount but all opinions are unbiased and truthful. This is such a pretty garden or porch adornment great for both indoors or out!
